Telecom Connections can offer both semi-auto and hand tooling capabilities.

We have Application Tooling covering the most popular manufacturers such as Molex, Harwin, Berg, AMP, ITT, JST, Panduit, Hirose, JAE, Toby, EDAC, FCI, Cinch and ITT.

Our equipment includes :-

2 x Crimp Analysers
6 x Schleuniger Wire Preparation Machines
14 x Semi-Automatic Bench Presses
68 x Mini Applicators
2 x Komax Cable Preparation Machines
3 x Ribbon Cable Cutting Machines

Co-axial cables are prepared using Schleuniger 8015 Programmable Stripping Machine.

We are fully equipped for Cat6 Patch Leads, BT Type Telecom Leads and we have fully auto tooling for all UK and US telephone plugs.

We have tooling for all types of Ribbon Cable connectors.

We have various hand tools for Harwin, Berg, AMP, ITT, Panduit etc.

All products are 100% electrically tested using :-
